How do i make a Venetian Mask out of traditional materials?

I'm not talking plastic masks with hot-glued feathers. I'm talking the white plaster hand-painted kind. What will i need and where can i some DIY instructions? Thanks! How do i make a Venetian Mask out of traditional materials?
To make a cast of your own face, use Plaster of Paris that comes embedded in gauze, the same as the hospital uses for casts on a broken limb. There's one called Paris Craft.

Coat your face with Vaseline and apply layers of gauze (cut into 8'; strips and dampened with water until the plaster turns into goo). Make sure you leave straws in your nostrils for breathing or just apply around the nostrils. Remove when hardened. You can apply more layers after %26amp; smooth the plaster with your fingers. Paint with acrylic paint if desired.

Note - do NOT use industrial plaster of paris on your skin - it heats up when it cures and can burn your skin!
