How can i make a latex horror mask?

Hi, im just wondering how can i make a latex horror mask that's pretty cool with out all the stuff that costs like $1000 to make 1 mask i like something like this leatherface mask:

it's really not as hard as you would think. i've made several latex masks, but none of them were actually horror masks. however, it does take a considerable amount of time and a little bit of money.
