When i saw the Video DISCOVERY %26lt;How it's Made%26gt; S4E10, it's very interesting to make a realistic looking mask to change the face to be an old women.But poor of my English i cant heared what's the material the are using that when it dry it just looks the same as the real skin.

You are asking about Special Makeup Effects. If indeed it was latex, it is either a liquid latex that you buy from a makeup supplier or foam latex. Foam latex is used to make a three dimensional prosthetic (aka appliance). Think of movies with Eddie Murphy featuring work from artist Rick Baker; that is foam latex. More recently, prosthetics in silicone are producing some really exciting results: think of Eddie Murphy as the old Chinese man in Norbit.

Umm ';LATEX';, which is like a plastic like rubber. They use it to make condoms as well. You can get it out of any halloween or costume store.
you already said it LATEX, you should be able to find it in wig shops costume shop etc.
