Making a latex mask?

Can I use a latex base paint to paint the mask. It will just be 1 solid color.





To give the mask a glossy shine, you use perma wet. Can I just use any glossy flexible varnish though? Like this

Mix the latex paint with prosthetic adhesive, it makes Paxpaint that is flexible and very adherent to latex masks. Apply Baby Powder to set and relieve the tack of the paint.
